become stressed when planning a milestone event like
yours — especially when life is already so busy with
work and daily commitments.
My job is to listen to your ideas and needs, and to get
them taken care of while bringing your vision to life.

When I first got into the event industry, it was because I loved to plan parties and let my creative juices flow.
But I've stayed because...
...I discovered providing a service that brings joy to other people fulfills me like nothing else. It’s an incredibly special thing to not only share in someone’s big moment or season of life, but to also have a hand in creating the experience that honors the milestone.

Born and raised in South Georgia, Molly graduated from the University of Alabama, where she majored in Marketing and specialized in New Venture Creations before calling Charleston home.
From a young age, Molly always knew she had inherited her parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, and her family may have had an idea of what she might do with her life when she would plan her own birthday parties 364 days in advance.
Molly worked for multiple reputable planning firms prior to opening MME, and her brother and now sister-in-law’s engagement was the catalyst that finally led her to start her own.
An obsessive clean-freak and relentless, organized, perfectionist by nature with interests that play naturally into an event (florals, calligraphy, menu and tablescape planning, etc), she's grateful there’s a job that not only allows her to utilize her “quirks”, but embraces them!

“As my late grandmother's favorite flower, lilies of the valley have always held sentimental value for me. They embody her teachings of etiquette, hostessing, and the art of a beautifully set table on special occasions that she imparted in me.
Serving as a symbolic tribute to the enduring influence of her teachings on my approach to the events I’m lucky enough to have a hand in, I thought it was fitting that lilies of the valley also represent luck and sincerity.”
